Billing and Accounts Receivables Management

Account Information

Data collected during registration is used throughout the encounter and billing process. Claims and Statements Charge entry is automated by pulling data directly from the encounter. The claim generated is available for automatic electronic submission.

Claims Management

Tracking your claim is managed through our partnership with ENS Health. Your account with ENS Health allows you to track and sort claims by insurance company, date of service, and date submitted for rapid access to the data you need. Although we are developing some of these services at this time, we recommend you use an accounting software package to post claims, manage receivable and payables.

Contracts and Fee Schedules

Medical Club tracks multiple fee schedules and contracted rates for use during the billing process.

Reports

Medical Club’s Report Wizard allows the user to create reports on any criteria desired. These report types can be saved to generate the same report type at a future date. A standard bank of financial reports has been created for rapid access to critical information.
