Medical Club utilizes rules based scheduling to allow for maximum flexibility. Each clinic creates specific rules and Medical Club will display open appointments while simultaneously accounting for multiple providers, assistants, equipment and locations.

Medical Club conforms to a wide range of clinic types and sizes by providing rules based scheduling. Rules based scheduling utilizes a comprehensive appointment generator that provides and records appointment times specific to each clinic. This is accomplished by enabling each clinic to set individualized rules that govern scheduling. These rules are chosen by each clinic and may be created through utilizing any or all of the following variables:

Multiple Locations: Operate multiple clinics, utilizing the same or different providers and staff.

Physician Specialty: Flexible for any specialty, multiple specialties in a single or multiple clinic environments are also supported.

Multiple Room Types: Procedures that require a specific room type are supported.

Procedure Types: Each clinic determines the time requirements for specific procedures. Each procedure may be linked to specific providers, assistants, rooms and or equipment.

Provider specific procedure types: Each provider may offer specific procedures. Scheduling is supported by directing specific procedures to specific providers.

Provider assistants: Scheduling is functional to assign provider assistants to specific providers and or specific procedures.

Equipment Types: The clinic may schedule equipment types linked to specific procedures, providers, rooms and or assistants.

Informed consent: The clinic may elect to have informed consent acknowledgements automatically generated and linked to specific procedures and or providers.
