What if my clinic currently has a website?
The Medical Club system will integrate into your existing website by using your current color scheme and clinic logo. Once integrated, your clinic online scheduler will have a seamless appearance with your current site.
What if my clinic does not have a website?
Medical Club has templates for medical clinics that convey a professional appearance and that can be customized to your color choices and utilizing your clinic logo. Our templates include message handling for referral requests, prescription refill requests, an “About Us” page to give more specific clinic information, online scheduling and a Home Page to market your clinic.
How long does it take to set up my website?
If you currently have a website and we are integrating into your site and matching colors of your choice, your website will be ready within 1 week of order placement. If Medical Club is creating your entire site using our semi-custom package your site will be ready within 1 week. If you would like custom work for your website, after we collect your ideas you will receive an approximate lead time. If you wish to receive credit cards payments and are not doing so now, you will need to establish an online credit card account or enable your current account through your banking institution. Once your site is completed, Medical Club will issue login IDs and passwords then turn on the service once we receive approval from your office contact person or other authorized clinic personnel.
Will I get to use my logo and color choices?
Within 48 hours of registering a Medical Club representative will contact the person listed as the clinic contact person. They will arrange for creating or utilizing your logo and color choices to be implemented on your site.
Does the Medical Club system work with multiple locations?
Yes, the Medical Club system can work for any number of locations. You can also register multiple providers and other staff members and schedule the same individual at multiple locations if desired.
If Medical Club is setting up and hosting your site, we provide you with a minimum of 20 email accounts. Larger clinics or clinics with multiple locations can be provided with additional email accounts, as required.
